It looks like X-Men director Bryan Singer is completely out of the clear when it comes to sexual abuse cases.

Although one of his sexual accusers, Michael Egan, did drop his case after being dropped by his attorney, the NYPD is reportedly doing their own criminal investigation into another filed complaint.

According to Page Six, an investigation has been launched in reference to a man’s claim, filed on May 9, accusing the director of sexually assaulting him on March 23 of last year in New York City. He has only filed a criminal complaint and no charges have been made against 48-year-old singer.

The good news for Singer is that the two criminal complaints that were lingering, including Egan and an unknown British man’s, have been dropped.

A law enforcement official confirmed that an investigation into the 20-something man’s claim filed in May is still ongoing. Singer’s attorney, Marty Singer, has not yet responded.
