It appears that Chris Brown's pre-VMAs party, where rap mogul and former Death Row CEO Suge Knight was shot early Sunday morning was dealing with violence from the get-go.
TMZ reports that in addition to the shooting, an incident involving rapper Game occurred earlier that night. Approximately an hour and a half before the shots were fired Game attempted to gain entry to the club but was turned away. Game and some friends got into a physical altercation with security guards. Game eventually left and it is unclear whether or not this incident had anything to do with the shooting that occurred later on.
As we have already reported, the shooting occurred at the 10ak club at 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Knight was reportedly shot 6 times but witnesses report hearing 4 shots fired outside the club. According to The Daily Mail, several witnesses also reported that party host Chris Brown was a target as well, although Brown left the party unharmed. Chris Brown even reacted to the shooting on Twitter.
It's disappointing that we as a society can't have fun or enjoy ourselves without any altercations sometimes. Miss me with the bullshit!!!

TMZ also posted a video of the attendees as they exited the scene of the shooting.
