Production on the J.J. Abrams directed Star Wars: Episode VII will be starting up again after a production break resulting from star Harrison Ford injuring himself during filming.
Back in July we reported that Ford, 72, broke his leg during filming after a door from the Millennium Spacecraft fell on his leg. Disney announced that production would be halted for two weeks to accommodate Ford's recuperation. Fans were assured that the hiatus would not interfere with the film's December 2015 release date.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, filming will resume later this month. Ford underwent surgery following his injury and appeared at the premiere of The Expendable 3 appearing to be strong and in good health. It has not been confirmed whether or not Ford will return to set but Ford's robust appearance at the premiere has spurred rumors that he will be back in action again soon.
Star Wars: Episode VII also stars Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver and Mark Hamill. The film is slated to premiere on December 18, 2015.
