Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is being investigated by police in Bellevue, WA for an alleged assault and damage of personal property,

According to Seattle PI, Bellevue police are trying to figure out whether or not Lynch was involved in the incident. They also said that there have been no arrests so far.

The incident took place around 2:30 a.m. in a downtown apartment in Bellevue after a woman said Lynch was the suspect.

“No domestic violence or sexual assault was involved in the allegation,” according to the police.

A Bellevue public information officer told USA Today that the investigation is in its infancy and they cannot even confirm Lynch was present in the apartment.

Lynch has been in trouble with police many times during his NFL career, including having his license revoked in 2008 while on the Buffalo Bills, being arrested and charged with having a concealed weapon in his car in Feb. 2009 in California and pleading guilty to reckless driving earlier this year.

It has been an eventful offseason for Lynch, who did not appear at any of the Seahawks mini-camps and offseason training programs and held out of training camp for eight days.
