Just when you thought you had seen enough Jay Z and Beyoncè drama, more trouble arises for the star couple. Now an alleged surrogate has come forward requesting custody of the couple's two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
According to Hollywood Life, the woman has been identified as Tina Seals. Seals claims that Beyonce did not carry or give birth to Blue. Seals filed a federal court case in New York Thursday seeking for her maternal rights to be acknowledged and to be awarded full custody of Blue Ivy.
Matrimonial family expert Leslie Barbara told Hollywood Life that if Seals' claims were proven to be true she could have a chance at gaining custody of Blue. "It is entirely possible that a surrogate could come in and have some rights to a child. Even if right were relinquished in a contract," she said.
However, Seals' claims are somewhat doubtful. The Latin Post reports that Seals has also filed maternity claims against Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey and even Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge. Her demands have included monetary compensation and even vocal lessons from Mariah Carey.
