Country singer Taylor Swift took to Instagram today to post a video of her and Jaime King taking the Ice Bucket Challenge.

As TheCelebrityCafe.com reported earlier, many celebrities have recently been taking the Ice Bucket Challenge.

According to the ALS Association, the Ice Bucket Challenge is a way to raise awareness through social media about ALS. The challenge is simple: the challenged can either donate $100 to the ALS Association or pour a bucket of ice water over their head or both.

The campaign has already raised over $10 million, according to the Daily News.

Swift took to her Instagram to fulfill the challenge in three videos. Lily Aldridge and Ingrid Michaelson challenged Swift. Swift then challenged celeb pals Emma Stone, Ed Sheeran, and Selena Gomez. Hart of Dixie star Jaime King joined Swift in the challenge. King had been challenged by Kyle Newman and challenged Lena Dunham, Topher Grace, and the cast of Hart of Dixie.

Swift and King took the challenge during VMA rehearsals and donated $100 for every person in the video towards ALS.

At the count of three, Swift, King, and their crew dumped buckets of ice water on one another.

Other celebrities that have participated in the challenge are Oprah WInfrey, Ben Stiller, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Conan O’Brien, Andy Cohen, Kerry Washington, Keith Urban, Carson Daly, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine,Ansel Elgort, and Elizabeth Banks.
