There may have been cynics who thought that Lorde and Taylor Swift’s Malibu trip together that was chronicled extensively on Instagram back in February was some kind of PR stunt. However, the two pop stars have proven that they do have a genuine relationship, keeping the good times going with a cooking class on Monday.

Swift shared a picture of herself and the New Zealand singer cooking together. “Thank you to Chef Jeanie at Ella's Fine Food and Drink for giving us the best and only cooking lesson we've ever had!” the “22” singer wrote in the caption.

According to Billboard, the restaurant is in Westerly, Rhode Island, where Swift has a home.

Of course, this isn’t the first time that Swift and Lorde have hung out together. Back in January, we heard that the two have been exchanging texts. Swift also posted several pictures on Instagram in February, showing the two taking a trip in Malibu. Lorde was also reportedly at Swift’s birthday party back in December. They were also seen together in New York in March.

The two stars clearly got along together at the end of 2013 as “Royals” introduced Lorde to the world and the music awards circuit.

Lorde has actually taken over the Hunger Games franchise’s music from Swift. Swift had provided the lead song for the first Hunger Games, “Safe & Sound,” but Lorde is now the face of the franchise’s music. She provided a version of “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” and is going to curate the soundtrack for Mockingjay - Part 1.
