David Duchovny is an actor who has had a long career in movies and television, with his best known role playing Fox Mulder on the hit show The X-Files. He started his career off in small roles before taking on parts in popular films such as Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter’s Dead and Beethoven. In 1993, he got the role of Fox Mulder, which helped to propel him into super-stardom.
In addition to acting on the show, Duchovny also directed some episodes and he appeared in two feature films that were made after the series ended in 2002. Duchovny married actress Tea Leoni in 1997 and they have two children together. It was just recently announced that Duchovny and Leoni divorced in a surprise announcement.
