The woman who crashed into Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's mother's car has been charged with driving under the influence.
Police say that the allegedly drunk woman was running from the cops and in the process went through two red lights before smashing into the white Escalade The Rock gave his mother for Christmas two years ago, TMZ reports.
The woman is currently in the hospital after suffering injuries during the crash, along with Ata Maivia-Johnson and passenger Lina Fanene. Police are currently trying to obtain an arrest warrant for her.
The Hercules star took to social media to let everyone know his mother and cousin are doing fine after last week's crash.
The Rock posted a picture of the two totaled cars on Instagram and noted in the caption that the "first reaction" one has after learning of an incident like this "is to find the person who did this and do unrelenting harm to them."
He added that one then turns to focus on the more positive in that both his mother and cousin survived the dreadful car accident and they "can hug each other that much tighter these days."
