Rapper Young Jeezy pleaded not guilty to a weapon charge on Tuesday, but for the moment remains in jail on $1 million bail.

The rapper was arrested for possession of an illegal assault weapon after police found an AK-47 on his tour bus in Irvine, The Associated Press reports. Five members of his entourage who were arrested on a similar charge have also entered not guilty pleas.

Jeezy and the others are not currently suspects in the tragic shooting that happened at a concert on Friday night in Mountain View.

Irvine police searched his tour bus while investigating the murder of 38-year-old Eric Johnson, who was shot five times backstage at the Wiz Khalifa concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre.

He was taken to the hospital, but died shortly after of his wounds.

On Monday, it was reported, Jeezy and company were allegedly found in possession of several rifles, which lead to the arrest.

Young Jeezy is due back in court on Sept. 5.
