The FBI is now getting involved in the nude photo scandal involving the release of photos of celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and more.

The organization is working with Apple to investigate the iCloud hackings, who says they take users’ privacy “very seriously.”

In a statement to NBC News, Apple spokesperson Nat Kerris said, "We take user privacy very seriously and are actively investigating this report.”

The FBI followed up with saying they are "aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter."

While Lawrence’s lawyer confirmed the validity of the nude photos, Upton’s lawyer also released a statement confirming the photos of The Other Woman star were real, too.

"This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible,” her lawyer told TMZ.

Other celebrities like Ariana Grande and Victoria Justice, however, are denying nude photos circulating of them are real.

Grande tweeted, “to every1 going on about my ‘nudes’ & my ‘m&g prices’ neither are real! my lil ass is a lot cuter than that,” and Justice wrote, “These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*.”
