At Pentonville, Sabrina couldn’t let baby Gabriel’s murder go and demanded the truth from Carlos, who confirmed that Ava caused the accident to show Carlos what could happen if he didn’t take the rap for a crime he didn’t commit. Sabrina then realized that he didn’t kill AJ and Carlos confirmed it, but Ava never actually admitted that she was the one who killed AJ. Sabrina was determined to get justice for Carlos and Gabriel, but Carlos begged her to let it go and move on with her life but Sabrina replied that her life meant nothing without her son and that she would make Ava pay. She then stormed off as Carlos yelled after her not to “let the hate consume you!”
Carly watched Franco work with a patient at GH while thinking about hook-up with Sonny. Then, he realized Carly had been watching and could tell something was bothering her. He assumed she was worried about Lulu and she agreed. She had brought them lunch and secretly booked his next time slot. They ate and he told her how much he loved her. She told him that she loved him too and then they kissed. He then told her to go be with her family and that they would catch up later.
Elsewhere in GH, Ava tripped over Nina getting out of the elevator. Nina told Ava that she recognized her immediately from the picture of “your legs wrapped around my husband like a noose.” Ava replied that she didn’t have the time to chat but Nina grabbed her and insisted that she make the time. Ava said she was sorry about her affair with Silas and that he broke things off with her as soon as Nina slipped into her coma. Ava then called it ancient history, but Nina said it was like yesterday for her. “Catch up Nina,” Ava shot back. Nina then called Kiki one-of-a-kind so Ava warned her to stay away from her daughter. Nina wondered why she was so stingy when she had a spare? Nina then told Ava that she knew all about her baby daddy drama, thanks to Franco. She then went on about how she lost her own baby but that things were looking up since she and Silas were having sex again and her OB said she could still have children. Then, Nina suddenly reached out and touched Ava’s pregnant belly. Ava shoved her hands away, telling her to look, not touch. Unfazed, Nina simply rolled off to tell Silas her good news. Then, Franco ran into Ava, who prodded him again about getting the recording. He again refused and she told him that Carly would rather be with Sonny. Franco replied that Sonny was of no threat to his and Carly’s relationship. Ava insisted that all of this could affect Kiki but Franco ignored her and just walked off. Then, Sabrina exited the elevator and bumped right into Ava. They began bickering about Carlos. Ava tried apologizing, but said that actions have consequences. Sabrina fired back that she had figured that out, filled Ava in about her car accident and how she intended to make the person responsible pay.
Meanwhile, Kiki went to see Silas. He told her about his run-in with Franco and how that he (Silas) thought there was something going on between Franco and Nina but Kiki told him that she was sure Franco that was all about Carly. Silas then revealed that he and Nina were moving forward and she was shocked because of how fresh his breakup with Sam still was. She then asked him if Nina was a rebound or if he was really recommitting to his marriage. He replied that he wasn’t sure what it meant for him even though Nina wanted to go back to the way they were and have a baby to replace the one they lost. Kiki replied that she thought Silas was moving forward with Nina because he felt like he owed her. He then said that a part of him still did love her and he wondered if there was something left to salvage. Kiki replied that she would support him in whatever he decided and then suggested a double date with her and Michael and Silas and Nina. Later, Nina came by and told Silas that after Britt examined her, she told her that there was no reason they couldn’t have another baby. He was surprised Britt figured that out so quickly. He then added that having a child wasn’t something they had agreed on. After Nina left his office, Patrick dropped in. Silas showed him the Crichton-Clark clinic business card that he found among Rafe Jr's things. Patrick then headed down the hall and found Sabrina. "I think I know who ran us off the road," he told her.
Michael and Morgan visited Sonny at his office, concerned about Maxie and Lulu. Michael then told them about his uncomfortable dinner with Ava. Michael added that he knew it was a touchy subject but he needed to see where Carlos murdered AJ. They then decided to pray that Lulu came home safely. Then, Carly arrived just as Michael and Morgan were leaving and they promised to keep their parents posted. Once they were alone, Carly told Sonny that she and Franco were back on track and that he couldn’t find out they had sex.
Outside Sonny’s office, Kiki heard everything. Her jaw dropped in shock. She tried to run away unheard or seen, but nearly knocked over a vase and stumbled into the office. She looked for an excuse to leave but Carly guessed that she had heard everything. Carly told her Franco could never know the truth and assured her that what happened with Sonny would never happen again. Kiki replied that she wasn't sure she could keep her mouth shut. "Sometimes it's better to lie," Carly told her then begged Kiki not to hurt Franco over her mistakes. Kiki didn’t give Carly a definite answer as to if she’d tell Franco then jumped in the elevator. Then, Carly panicked and Sonny tried to keep her calm.
Meanwhile, in his art therapy room, Franco tried calling Carly without any luck. Then, Nina wheeled in and they talked about how their lives were both back on track. She then went on and on about all the sex she was having with Silas. She then told him about wanting a baby with Silas. Franco worried about all the mixed feelings she had about Silas and doubted about her chaining herself to him with a baby, but she insisted that she knew what she was doing and angrily wheeled away. Later, when he wandered into the halls, he bumped into Kiki.
Peter got ready to take Maxie and Lulu to his boss when the cabin was suddenly surrounded by the cops. Outside, Nathan and Dante worked on a plan B if negotiations with Peter failed. Peter then emerged with a gun to Lulu’s chest and demanded a helicopter, $100,000 cash and some handcuffs and duct tape for the girls. Dante suggested letting one of hostages go. Peter promised to let Maxie go when the chopper arrived, but Lulu was going with him no matter what because there were plans for her. Lulu then elbowed Peter and Dante shot him. Peter went down and Lulu was uninjured. She and Dante then held each other close while Maxie looked for Nathan. Suddenly, a gas bomb was thrown into the cabin and everyone passed out. Then, men in protective suits and gas masks came in and gave the all clear for a masked man in a suit to enter. Nathan saw it all from outside the cabin. The masked man took off his mask and it was Victor. While Victor gloated, his goons stitched up Peter and grabbed the Aztec jewels. Victor then noticed that Nathan was missing and called for him to come out. When Victor threatened to shoot Maxie, Nathan ran in. They then had a stand-off and Nathan ended giving up his gun. Before Victor could shoot him, they went through introductions. Victor then realized that Nathan was Obrecht's son. "If she hid you from Faison, who is your father?" he asked Nathan, who told Victor that he didn't know. Victor then decided to put killing him on hold.
Dr. Obrecht ran into Britt at the PCPD. Obrecht told her that she had hoped to have lunch with Nathan, but Britt filled her in about the kidnapped “blondies.” Obrecht replied that she was sure that Anna was going to get Nathan killed. She then broke the news to Britt that Faison wasn’t being held where he was supposed to be and that Victor had told her all about it. Britt wondered what her and Victor’s relationship was like. Obrecht admitted that he carried a torch for her. Britt then wondered if Victor was Nathan's father, which would make her brother a Cassadine.
Carly told Sonny in his office that if Kiki told Franco about their hook-up, he would go to the cops and tell them that he killed AJ. She then reiterated that nothing could ever happen between them again, but he pulled her close and they started kissing, but Carly pulled away and left. Later, Shawn arrived and again offered to take Franco out, but Sonny said that he needed him to take care of Ava first. Sonny wasn’t pleased when Shawn told him Ava visited Franco at GH, but Shawn said he had a plan to snatch her. Sonny replied that he trusted him not to put the baby in danger.
Nina locked Rosalie into an office at GH and told her that she finally met Ava. Rosalie checked Nina’s nails for blood, but found a card for the Crichton-Clarkclinic instead. Nina asked if the card belonged to Rosalie, but she said that she’d never seen it before. Nina really wanted to know how Rafe Jr. got it. Rosalie didn’t think it mattered since Rafe Jr. was dead and she just wanted the dirt on Ava. Nina then told Rosalie how she reveled in how uncomfortable the meeting was for Ava then gushed at how amazing it would be to have a little creature of her own. Nina then told Rosalie how Britt told her that she can’t have kids but then said how she was going to prove everyone wrong and have a child. She then went online to buy baby things and wondered to Rosalie if Ava was having a boy or a girl. Rosalie then worried that Nina was planning to steal Ava’s baby. Nina acted shocked at the accusation.
Meanwhile, Kiki bumped into Franco outside his art therapy room, but before she could tell him about Carly and Sonny, Carly appeared and cut her off. Kiki then told Franco to take care of himself and after she left Franco commented to Carly how strange Kiki was acting. Carly said that she thought she was just worried about Michael. He then pulled Carly close and asked if they could please go home and be alone together.
At the nurse’s station, Patrick found Sabrina and tells her about the Crichton-Clark Clinic business card. Patrick then told her that he thought Robin’s boss had something to do with the accident to keep Robin in line. Sabrina replied that Patrick was way off course and urged him to let it go for Sam’s sake.
Later, Kiki approached Sabrina and apologizes about her cousin Rafe Jr’s actions. Sabrina told her that it wasn’t her fault that her flesh and blood could kill a baby. Kiki was troubled by Sabrina’s response and walked away. Once, she was alone, Sabrina vowed to make Ava pay for baby Gabriel’s death.
At home, Sam called Spinelli, but he told her that he got no hits on the number she found on Rafe Jr’s cell phone. Outside, Alexis got a text from Julian asking her to reconsider her decision, but she texted back that she couldn’t be with him before entering the penthouse. Sam told Alexis how frustrated she was trying to crack Rafe Jr’s case. Sam then shared with Alexis her experience at the Crichton-Clark clinic with Patrick, saying she wanted to prove her theory that Nina could actually walk and was the one who eavesdropped on her and Silas on the roof. She then added that she still cared about Silas a lot, but he was back with Nina now and she thought that was exactly how Nina had planned it. Over wine and cheese, Alexis thought they both needed to find new men and move on. Sam replied on how long it took her to get over Jason and how she wasn’t sure she could trust again. Alexis then suggested Patrick might be a good fit for her, but Sam insisted that they were just friends. Then, Patrick arrived, now clean shaven and Alexis couldn’t stop smirking. Sam asked him if he’d had any leads on the accident and he told her he had nothing. Sam replied that she was determined to chase down any lead, no matter how small, and she wanted them to do it together. Outside the penthouse, Alexis cried over Julian.
Ava returned to her penthouse and told Julian that Franco wouldn’t help her get the recoding. She then worried that “Luke” would go after Kiki if she couldn’t appease him. Julian then told her that they now had a common enemy and they had to stick together. He then offered to do his best to take care of her situation so she could take care of his niece or nephew. She was touched and then told him about her creepy run-ins with both Nina and Sabrina. She then said that she was sure Sabrina couldn’t know the truth about Carlos and that Sabrina implied that she (Ava) was responsible for her baby’s death. Ava then admitted to Julian that she did have someone on standby, but it wasn’t her that caused the accident. She then added that she told Carlos she was responsible so he would confess to killing AJ. She went on to say that she wasn’t proud of what she did, but that she was desperate. Julian thought she has bigger problems than Sabrina. Over takeout, she then asked Julian about Alexis and he told her that he couldn’t have what he wanted most…his family.
Patrick headed home and caught Emma dumping her breakfast on the floor in anger. She told him that she didn't want to go to school and that she missed Robin. He told her that he knew it was hard but told her to be brave. She then headed off to go ready for school. Then, Elizabeth and Cameron arrived. Cameron ran off to find Emma, who happened to be standing in the doorway. She eavesdropped on Patrick and Elizabeth discussing the accident and how he wondered who gave Rafe Jr. the order to run them off the road.
At his office, Silas gave good news to a cancer patient. She hugged him with sheer joy. Sam watched through the glass. She then headed in after the patient left. He then showed her the Crichton-Clark card he found in Rafe Jr’s stuff and Sam was clueless as to how or why he had it. He wondered why Patrick didn't tell her about it. Sam then filled him in about her dead end investigation of Nina, but added that she was still sure that Nina was keeping something from him.
Franco tried sending Nina an apologetic text but just couldn't come up with the right words. He then wandered into Kelly's, where Carly was leaving a voicemail for Kiki, begging her again not to tell Franco about her and Sonny’s hook-up. Carly covered by saying she was worried about Lulu’s kidnapping. Then, Franco gave her a kiss. "Gag me!" Josslyn coughed up as she interrupted. She then sniped at Franco. Michael then announced that he knew was going on at Carly’s. She got worried, but calmed down when he said he was talking about Spencer hiding out there. Then, Josslyn spotted Spencer outside Kelly’s and ran out to him. He lectured her for ratting him out, but she blamed Cameron, saying that she loved him. Then, they argued about whether or not Cameron was her cousin. Spencer then compared him to corn syrup mixed with rat poison. Suddenly, mid-rant, he got an idea. He thought they should team up to break up Cameron and Emma so they could both have who they wanted. Then, Cameron and Emma arrived with their parents. Josslyn dragged Cameron away to see her art project while Spencer sat Emma down to discuss school. She told him that someone was after her and explained what she had overheard. He replied that he thought he knew who gave Rafe Jr. the order. Inside Kelly’s, Elizabeth and Carly watched their kids and thought about them growing up.
Meanwhile, Sam bumped into Patrick and wondered why he didn't tell her about paying Silas a visit. She then wanted to know what he discovered at Crichton-Clark.
Kiki absentmindedly painted light switches at the brownstone. A shirtless Morgan wondered what she was so distracted by. She pretended to be worried about the kidnapping but he didn't buy it. After he nagged her, she admitted that she had a problem with Carly. When he nagged her more, she blurted out, "She slept with your father.” They were mulling over her options when Michael showed up.
Nina was in the art therapy room thinking of her last conversation with Franco. Then, Rosalie arrived and starts to tease Nina about wanting Franco. Nina changed the topic to her revenge plans against Kiki and how she had decided to take Michael away from her. They debated this until Rosalie pointed out how Nina’s wheelchair would get in the way of her seducing him so she decided that Rosalie should do it instead. Rosalie refused, explaining that she had a thing for Morgan, but Nina didn't care. Later, she wheeled out. Franco caught her and apologized and hoped they could still be friends. She admitted that he was right and they agreed to still be friends.
Down the hall, Kiki, Michael and Morgan arrived to bring Alice home. They bumped into Rosalie.
