Justin Bieber has been arrested in his native Canada on assault and dangerous driving charges. He wasn’t driving a car, though, he drove his ATV into a van driven by paparazzi.
Bieber, who’s in Canada with his on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez, was taken into custody on Friday after the collision. He reportedly also got into a physical altercation with the paparazzo after the crash.
The incident took place in Perth County, Ontario, where he and Gomez were pictured riding an ATV together near his father’s home that same day.
TMZ reports Bieber’s attorney said he’s cooperating with authorities when it comes to his arrest and Gomez is assisting as well.
Considering Bieber is currently on probation for egging his neighbor’s house in Los Angeles, this new arrest could possibly result in a violation.
Since he’s been in Canada, he’s been posting peaceful photos of the scenery there. “They try and get in the way of this..” he wrote as a caption to the below photo.
