Liberty Ross has finally spoken about the event that broke apart her family over two years ago, and she seems to be doing surprisingly well!
Ross’s then husband of ten years, Rupert Sanders, was photographed kissing and canoodling with former Twilight star Kristen Stewart back in July 2012. Ross reportedly had a very hard time with the ordeal.
The divorce between Sanders and Ross was finalized this July.
However, Ross seems to be at peace with what happened while Sanders and Stewart worked on Snow White and the Huntsman together. “It’s amazing what two years does,” she told Harper’s Bazaar UK. Today, I feel happier than I’ve ever felt, and I’m in such a great place.”
As for how the rest of the family is doing, Ross said, “my kid’s are great, Rupert’s amazing, we have all moved on and everyone is doing really well.”
When asked about the nature of her current relationship with Sanders, Ross insisted that they have always had more of a familial bond than a romantic one. “He’ll always be my family, you know. We live close to each other, we continue to raise our children absolutely together…”
Ross is currently focusing on moving on with her life and becoming a stronger, more positive version of herself.
