Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney is taking legal action against anyone posting the hacked nude photos of her, claiming she was underage in the revealing pictures.

McKayla’s privacy was violated, much like Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton, when hackers tapped into a string of celebrities’ iCloud accounts.

TMZ reports Maroney’s attorney contacted Porn.com to threaten legal action if they don’t take down the hacked photos.

Another member of her legal team emailed a host of websites to inform them she was underage when the pictures were taken and she owns the copyright on them.

On Monday, Maroney took to Twitter to tell fans the photos were “fake,” but it’s likely some of them were not.

“The fake photos of me are crazy!! was trying to rise above it all, and not give 'the creator' the time of day.. BUT..” she tweeted.

She added, “shout out to my fans for defending me all day long.. even when things got weird u stood by me. and that meant the world.”
