Since Breaking Bad took home numerous Emmys last week, fans of the hit show have taken to the internet in droves to illegally download full seasons of the show.

Variety reports that illegal downloads of the show jumped 412 percent last week following the Emmys. The week before the Emmys, the average daily shares of the show among pirates was about 27,587 and jumped to about 141,334 last week.

The show, which won the award for best drama, also received awards for the cast. Stars Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul and Anna Gunn took home the actor, supporting actor, and supporting actress awards.

Show creator Vince Gillian addressed the issue of piracy last year, crediting piracy for exposing more fans to the show. Gillian said, "If I'm being honest I see that the illegal downloading led to a lot of people watching the series, becoming aware of the series who otherwise would not have been, "we previously reported.

Even though he credits pirates for the exposure, he also made sure to note pirating can affect how people who have worked on the show are paid.

Despite the bump in piracy ratings, Breaking Bad is not the highest pirated show; that title goes to Game of Thrones.

All seasons of Breaking Bad are currently available for download on Netflix.
