Teresa and Joe Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey fame have put their New Jersey mansion on the market for almost $4 million.

The Giudices are currently facing a bevy of legal charges that could land both of them behind bars for years. Some of their indictments include mortgage fraud, bank fraud and tax evasion.

NorthJersey.com reports the home boasts six bedrooms and sits on 3.8 acres.

Listing agent Frank Coone said the couple is selling their custom home built in 2008 because “they're looking for a fresh start.” He added, "It's an unbelievable house; it's absolutely gorgeous.”

In March, they plead guilty to multiple fraud charges.

They asked a judge to try them separately – with Joe facing deportation back to Italy as well as 37 to 46 months in jail. Teresa faces 21 to 27 months in jail herself.

Their sentencing has been pushed back to sometime this fall. RadarOnline reports the sentencing hearing was postponed from Sept. 23 to Oct. 2 as their lawyers gather more information.
