The Voice is about to return for its seventh season and it will kick off on September 22nd with the blind auditions.

The Voice became an instant TV sensation because of the unique concept and the talent that was shown every week. Four coaches, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green, sat with their backs turned to each vocalist who was coming forward to sing. The vocalist is only judged on his or her voice, not appearance. If a coach likes what he or she hears, they can push their button and turn around for that vocalist.
