Legendary comedienne Joan Rivers past away this week and Twitter is still mourning the loss.
“Joan Rivers” is still trending on Twitter after the shocking death of the Fashion Police host.
TheCelebrityCafe.com reported that Rivers died at the age of 81 after complications with a vocal cord surgery.
Fans have expressed their grief via Twitter over the deceased comedienne.
No one took to Joan’s Twitter to update on her health situation or death and her daughter Melissa Rivers has not updated her Twitter since the passing of her mother. Melissa did post on Joan’s Facebook to announce the passing.
The death was announce by the Assosciated Press.The article announcing Rivers’ death hailed her as a pioneer for female comedians. Many fans remembered her sense of humor on Twitter.
The NY Daily Press wrote that Rivers’ funeral is expected to be a very “Hollywood” affair. The funeral will have a red carpet for guests to walk in on. There has still not been an official cause of death revealed.
