Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice has admitted that the nude photos sh claimed to be fake are in fact real and were stolen by a hacker.

TheCelbrityCafe.com previously reported that when a hacker released stolen nudes from Justice she denied their authenticity in a tweet.

The actress even went so far as to retweets a fan “disproving” one of the photo’s validity.

Now, according to NY Daily News, Justice has confirmed that the pictures were stolen.

"Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy," said the 21-year-old actress.
"There have always been fake photos of me on the internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to what is real or what is fake. I am angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me, I am taking legal action to protect my rights."
This hack is among many that took place recently during a massive attack on several actress’ privacy. Some of the victims include Jennifer Lawrence, Kirsten Dunst, and Kate Upton.

Many of the actresses stolen from have taken legal action.
