"The final season of Two and a Half Men is set to premiere Thursday night and rumors have been swirling that Charlie Sheen may make a return for the series finale.
Extra's Terri Seymour sat down with Sheen and asked if he would consider coming back for a series finale.
“I would definitely do it, yeah, yeah. If they'll still have me, I will be there. Yeah, I owe it some measure of closure. I owe it to the fans… I just think it makes sense,” Sheen told Extra.
Sheen went on to talk about how he envisions the finale. “I have a brilliant idea, but don’t want to give it away. It’s the type of moment I think people would talk about for a long time and it wouldn’t get in anybody's way. Think it would be a nice tip of the hat… they know I want to do it and I know they're open to it, so, guess we're just a meeting away from making it happen,” Sheen said.
Charlie Sheen appears to have high hopes about returning to the show after everything that happened between him and his former boss, Chuck Lorre, USA Today reports.
""Never leave a hit show unless you're fired, right? Was that out loud?” Sheen said about his departure from the show.
