This latest episode of Blue Bloods was a nail biter, especially since Jamie Reagan was in danger after doing his job and trying to help a young woman who was the victim of domestic violence at the hands of a jealous ex-boyfriend. After the woman is brutally beaten, she reveals to responding detectives Danny and Baez that the person who hurt her said he would also hurt the cop who helped her. But before she can reveal the cop’s name, she codes and later passes away.
Going through her purse, Baez discovers Jamie’s card and they realize he is in danger. This is even more apparent after a set up leaves Jamie and partner, Eddie, in peril.
Meanwhile, Frank’s father, Henry, is the subject of public outrage after someone uses their phone to take a video of a conversation he has where he talks about allowing police brutality during his time as commissioner.
This leads to trouble for his family, especially when great-granddaughter Nicky decides to use her own social media skills to give her input on the situation.
We’re looking at the top ten moments from Friday’s episode “Loose Lips.”

A man covered from head to toe then throws a Molotov cocktail at the car, leaving Jamie and Eddie to fight for their lives to escape the car before it explodes.

6. Henry and Garrett
Henry’s comments about allowing his officers to beat witnesses in exchange for information on a suspect who threatened one of his men cause strife for Garrett Moore, who works for Frank and fields all queries for the commissioner. Garrett tells Henry his comments are now his business because he has to deal with them and makes a point that things are different now that a new commissioner is around.

5. Nicky’s teacher
We got a glimpse into what kind of teacher Nicky had to deal with, especially when she used Henry’s comments to fuel a discussion on how social media is influential to things happening in the world. Nicky was appalled at this behavior, especially after she had already apologized to her for being rude to her on her own social media account.

3. Frank and Henry
Frank tried not to give his opinion very much about what his father said, only that he didn’t agree with what his dad said on the tape, and that he can’t do things the way his dad used to back during his time as commissioner. Henry, however, still stands by what he did, and tells Frank the cop he protected didn’t know he was in danger. Frank deduces he didn’t want the cop to thank him, but then Henry says “I knew you’d be grateful,” leading us to come to the conclusion that Frank was likely the cop Henry was protecting.
