AC/DC drummer, Phil Rudd, is accused of a murder-for-fire plot against two people whose names have not been identified. The name of the person he hired to do the job has not been released either.

Rudd, 60, appeared in a New Zealand court on Thursday morning after police raided his home in Tauranga, where they found illegal drugs, after getting tips from the public.

According to Television New Zealand, he was released on bail and his wife drove him back home. His next court date is Nov. 27.

Rudd was charged with threatening to kill in addition to possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, USA Today reports.

Judge Louis Bidois from Tauranga District Court in Wellington ordered Rudd not to have any contact with the potential hitman.

Rudd left the band in 1983 but rejoined in the ‘90s. They’re scheduled to release a new album Rock or Bust on Dec. 2, the first without Malcolm Young.

Along with his band mates, in 2003 he will indicted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
