E! News reports that there's hope for a sequel to Hocus Pocus- Disney just has to be convinced to start production!
In a recent Ask Me Anything (AMA) on Reddit, Bette Midler answered one fan's question, asking the singer to release a "Hocus Pocus II so my girlfriend can make me stop watching the original every Halloween?" Midler answered, saying that fans would need to tell the Walt Disney company, who would need to get the ball rolling on a possible sequel.
Midler continued with, "Inundate the Disney company, because I have canvassed the girls and they are wiling to do it, but we have no say in it, so if you want a HOCUS POCUS 2, ask the Walt Disney company."
The 68-year-old actress has expressed how much she loved working on Hocus Pocus, telling E! News that her role as Winnie Sanderson was "the best thing I ever did."
