Busta Rhymes surprised fans by getting on the stage with O.T. Genasis early Friday morning in New York at Webster Hall when he fell off the stage.
The 42-year-old rapper got on stage during the song “CoCo” by O.T. Genasis, who is signed to the record label The Conglomerate, which is founded by Busta Rhymes.
Busta Rhymes, who was holding a bottle of Hennessey and smoking a cigar, began nodding his head when he took a step too close to towards the edge of the stage and fell off, according to The Huffington Post.
The “Touch it Rapper” was ushered off the dance floor by security guards after getting up from the fall, TMZ reports.
Busta Rhymes, who had a bloody forehead after the fall, reportedly got cleaned up backstage, but never came back on stage.
Busta Rhymes did, however, send out a series of tweets to let everyone know he was alright.
“…I'M SUPER GOOD!! WHEN U LOVE WHAT U DO AND UR PASSIONATE…AND UR PASSIONATE ABOUT WINNING U GO HARD!!!” Busta Rhymes tweeted.
