Between Craig Ferguson’s last episode as host of The Late Late Show next month to James Corden’s first in March, CBS will have a carousel of celebrity hosts filling in. The network announced the roster today and it’s a really funny group.

Drew Carey, the current host of CBS’ long-running daytime game show The Price is Right, will host the first and last weeks of the Late Late Show’s guest host period. He will first be behind the desk on Monday, Jan. 5 through Friday, Jan. 9 and will return on Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 6.

Between Carey’s two weeks, viewers who tune into CBS at 12:37 a.m. will see: filmmaker Judd Apatow; actor Will Arnett; frequent Whose Line Is It Anway star Wayne Brady; comedian Jim Gaffigan; actor Billy Gardell; actor Sean Hayes; former Reno 911! star Thomas Lennon; guitarist John Mayer; and The Big Bang Theory’s Kunal Nayyar.

Yes, you read that right. Mayer is going to host a week of a late night talk show. Also, CBS apparently couldn’t find any women to host a week.

From Monday, Jan. 12 through Friday, Jan. 16, CBS will air special after-dark episodes of The Talk, which is a really unique idea.

Ferguson’s last show is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 19. Corden, who appears in Disney’s Into The Woods, takes over on Monday, March 9.
