Thursdays were made for obsessing over How to Get Away with Murder. And with just one episode left until fans learn who killed Sam Keating, the romance, drama, and scandal of HTGAWM is really heating up.

If you missed last night’s episode or just want to re-live your favorite moments all over again, here’s a quick recap of what went down:

Sam’s betrayal takes a new turn.

While Sam initially lies and claims to have been unaware of Lila’s pregnancy, Bonnie seems to draw the truth out of him. Sam advises Bonnie not to tell Annalise that he knew about Lila to spare her feelings, but Bonnie shares this new information with Annalise anyway. Frustrated with both Bonnie and Sam then, Annalise fires Bonnie and eventually lets Sam know that the DA will be conducting further testing to identify the father of Lila’s baby.

Rebecca teams up with Nate.

When Annalise informs Wes of Lila’s pregnancy and asks him to keep it a secret from Rebecca out of fear it will harm her case, he agrees, but soon divulges the information anyway. Rebecca passes this on to Nate, who determined to expose Sam for the killer he really is, asks her to try and collect a DNA sample from the Keating’s bathroom. When Sam is able to see through Rebecca’s ruse, she returns to Nate empty-handed, though the pair doesn’t stay down for long. Their new plan is to try and gather evidence from Sam’s phone and see what they find. Of course, their secret rendezvous are not secret enough as Wes catches Rebecca talking with Nate, and a fight between them ensues when Wes feels that Annalise is setting them up.

Frank and Laurel’s newly re-kindled fling quickly fizzles.

After their passionate make-out session in last week’s episode, things continue to heat up for Frank and Laurel, who have now resorted to secret hookups during court preparation time at Annalise's law firm. But just as soon as things begin looking up for the forbidden lovers, they hit another bump in the road. Spoiler alert: Laurel finds out that Frank has a girlfriend named, Sasha when they unexpectedly find her at Frank’s apartment while getting ready to hook up. When Sasha dismisses Laurel as another one of the students Frank has brought home, she is visibly heartbroken.

Lila confides in Rebecca.

In flashback scenes before Lila’s death, viewers get a sense of her close friendship with Rebecca and Lila’s tendency to confide in her about sex, her relationship with Sam, and the guilt she feels over lying to her boyfriend, Griffin. Most devastatingly, though, Lila turns to Rebecca for support when Sam wants to break things off and she considers telling Annalise about his infidelity. Lila also implies that she’s pregnant, which further complicates the already intense situation.

Bonnie admits that she met Lila the night Lila was murdered.

In another flashback, viewers see a seemingly distraught Lila looking for Annalise at the Keating house, only to be greeted by Bonnie instead. Bonnie unsympathetically tries to get rid of the young girl, but Lila insists upon see Annalise because of a “secret [she] can’t keep anymore.” When Bonnie threatens to call 9-1-1, Lila finally departs, but Bonnie holds onto the memory of their encounter, sharing it first with Sam, and then later with Annalise. Bonnie apologizes to Annalise for not telling her about the unexpected encounter with Lila, but Annalise isn’t very receptive to the apology.

Aiden’s mom discusses the prenup with Michaela.

When Michaela’s fiance’s mother randomly shows up to the Keating home, Michaela is very much taken by surprise. She insists on discussing the prenup further, so the two go out to dinner and talk logistics. Aiden’s mom justifies her decision by expressing concerns that Michaela is a “gold digger” looking to profit off of Aiden’s family’s fortune. Michaela says that isn’t the case, but Aiden’s mom cannot be convinced. She threatens to cancel the wedding if Michaela won’t sign the prenup, but Michaela still refuses, leaving Aiden’s mother to walk out on her.
