Former Major League Baseball player Jose Canseco has lost a finger. The finger that he lost was the middle finger on his left hand.
Canseco lost his finger in an accident last month. He shot himself in the hand while he was cleaning his gun at home, according to the Los Angeles Times. Doctors were able to reattach the finger but it fell off. The finger fell off last Thursday while Canseco was playing poker.
Now you can own a piece of Canseco. He tweeted on Monday that he is selling his detached finger and his gun.
“The eBay ad will read slightly used middle finger with 462 home runs could be used as a stirring straw for drinks,” he tweeted.
Canseco’s gun is a .45 caliber Remington. He said that he would be selling his finger and gun on eBay. However he may not be able to sell his finger and gun on eBay since eBay’s selling policy forbids the sale of firearms and body parts, according to the Miami Herald.
As of now Canseco hasn’t listed his finger and gun for sale yet. He didn’t say how much he would be selling them for. He would consider selling them as a “special package deal.”
