Kim Kardashian is speaking out for the first time since her nude photos were revealed from Paper Magazine, appearing on Australian show The Project, where she was the guest of honor.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said the champagne glass balancing on her backside was not photoshopped and she actually “used muscles” for it.
"My back hurt for about a week after that shoot,” she said. "[Goude] has an art of posing you and it was definitely not comfortable,” Us Weekly reports.
The reason she did the shoot, she said, was for herself. "I'm never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I love the photos, I did it for me, I hope other people like them," she continued, reminding everyone she said on Keeping Up with the Kardashians late in her pregnancy that because of all of the criticism over her weight that she would do a nude shoot when she got her body back.
Kardashian also called Jean-Paule Goude a “legend,” saying she really wanted to work with him, calling it an “art project.”
As far as being a role model goes, Kardashian said, "I'm not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do.”
Daily Mail reports she even taught co-hsots Rove McManus, Peter Helliar, Fifi Box and Natarsha Belling how to balance a champagne glass on their backsides.
