More stories about Kim Richards and her bite-happy dog, Kingsley, are coming out. This time, friend of Kim's is saying that she intends to sue after being attacked by the dog.

Recently, Kingsley attacked Kim's 18-year-old niece, Alexia Umansky. She was taken to Cedars-Sinai in L.A., and had to have two surgeries after sustaining significant injuries. One bite was so bad that Kingsley bit through to Alexia's bone on her left thumb.

Kyle Richards, Alexia's mother and Kim's sister, said that she didn't want to have the dog euthanized. Instead, she said that she thought the dog would be better off being put in the care of someone that could control him, since Kim clearly can't.

Now, a friend of Kim's, that Kim calls her "second mother," Kay Rozario, is making it clear that she will be suing after she sustained significant injuries from Kingsley, according to TMZ.

The incident happened back in March. Rozario claims that she was in Kim's room and reached over the bed when Kingsley lunged for her, biting into her hand. Like Alexia, he bit down so hard, that he bit through to her bone. Kingsley also lunged for Rozario's face, but she blocked him with her arm.

After the attack, Rozario says that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star begged her not to tell anyone because she'd lose her show. Paramedics came to the residence to treat Rozario for her injuries and insisted on calling animal control, but Rozario talked them out of it.

Rozario decided to take legal action when Kim refused to pay her medical bills. Kim is saying that Rozario's recollection of the incident is "vehemently not true," and suggested that Rozario knew Kingsley was in the room and was prone to biting.

Kingley has a history of biting, having bitten 4 people, and is aggressive toward other animals.
