Nicole Polizzi is getting back in shape for her upcoming nuptials!
Polizzi just welcomed her second child only seven weeks ago and her personal trainer Anthony Michael confessed to E! News that she is already down to 99 pounds and he even shared her workout and diet tips.
The former Jersey Shore star’s wedding is over a week away, so she is remaining completely dedicated to her workouts. "We've been doing some high intensity interval training. It's a type of cardio, it's very short, you only do it 10-15 minutes. It's about spiking the heart rate. We're also doing plyometrics, cardio, etc. Right now it's all really geared for weight loss, then she wants to focus on lean muscle mass once she's married,” Michael explained.
As for her diet tips, Michael said that Polizzi is “decreasing her carbs and reducing calorie intake” to drop the last of the baby weight before she walks down the aisle. He even added in that she is “perfectly healthy at that size because she is so little.”
The fit mother of two is always keeping her fans updated with some workout sessions on her Instagram and Twitter accounts. The bride-to-be’s trainer did confess what the ultimate goal weight is before she gets married. “"I want her weight to be 95-96 pounds, and it to be mostly muscle. We're literally three pounds away from our goal,” he said about Polizzi who squeezes in a work out “roughly four or five times a week.”
Polizzi welcomed her second child, a daughter named Giovanna Marie LaValle on September 26th with her fiancé Jionni LaValle. The couple is also parents to two year old Lorenzo.
