Solange Knowles had one of the happiest days of her life on Sunday when she married her longtime boyfriend Alan Ferguson in New Orleans. Photos of Beyonce’s younger sister after the reception show that she broke out in hives by the end of the night.
Sources say it was a food allergy that caused her to break out all over her face and neck. Her protective older sister was seen draping a white fur coat over her face so that paparazzi couldn’t snap any more photos than they already got.
Insiders also told TMZ that the hives went down just minutes later.
The hives didn’t put a damper on the day’s joyous festivities, as Solange even performed a choregraphed dance to ‘No Flex Zone” with her 10-year-old son Julez during the reception.
Solange told Vogue of the wedding planning process, "Everyone I worked with on the wedding are friends who I love. Everything was a labor of love."
A source told E! News "The couple looked happy, relaxed and beaming. It was a very chill vibe."
