Tonight’s American Music Awards is promising to be a show to remember, with some of the best performers hitting the stage and the whos-who of presenters. Here’s a breakdown of what’s to come on the show tonight.

According to CBS News, Taylor Swift will be kicking of the show as the first performer. She will be performing her new song “Blank Space” from her new album 1989. It will be a big night for the singer, because she is also being honored for her record-breaking album sales. She will be the first recipient of the Dick Clark Award for Excellence.

The up-and-coming band 5 Seconds of Summer is on the list of bands to perform as well. Other performers include Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Mary J. Blige, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and One Direction. Fergie is making her first appearance after a hiatus, and she is on the list to perform, as well.

The presenters are almost as exciting as the performers, sometimes, and this year’s list is sure not to disappoint. Stars like Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Foxx, Heidi Klum, Julianne Hough and Kendall and Kylie Jenner will be gracing the stage to hand out awards this evening.
