The last episode of Criminal Minds saw a tough case fall for the BAU, who originally thought they were only investigating the disappearance of a prominent defense attorney.

However, as the investigation continues, it becomes clear this man is actually a pedophile and the most likely people who took him were his victims. This episode, called “The Boys of Sudworth Place,” touched on a painful subject for Derek Morgan, who was molested as a child himself.

As the episode continued, we discovered that one of the man’s victims had committed suicide, triggering his friends and fellow abuse survivors to go into a fit of rage before kidnapping their abuser. When they decide to tell their friend, Brian, an accident occurs leaving one of the boys dead. At one point, Brian is left alone with the man and he ends up helping him out of the hole where he is being kept. But when he finds out it was a trick, he shoots him. Brian seems like a victim at first, but we find out there is more to him as well.

Then at the very end of the episode, we see Kate’s niece, Meg, send a photo of herself with a friend to a man they think is a teenage boy. We have no idea how this will play out, but it is a frightening thought that it could be happening under an FBI agent’s nose. We’re taking a look at some of the top ten moments from the episode of Criminal Minds.
