Britney Spears showed off the results her hard work on the cover of Women’s Health, flashing her toned abs and dishing on secrets for the most effective diet and workouts.

It clearly helps that she performs at her Las Vegas residency show so often, but Spears, 33, said that she tries to keep a workout routine for maximum results.

“Consistency is key,” she told the magazine. “My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise.”

Spears, who has two kids; Preston, 9, and Jayden, 8, dances, swims and takes Totally Drenched classes for cardio. She also practices yoga and lifts light weights to stay lean and toned.

As for her diet, Spears said shes “really into raw food — sushi, basically,” and prefers to snack on “any kind of fruit.”

She went on to say she doesn’t need to use a trainer because she’s already motivated and the main reasons he exercises so often is because it’s “important for me both mentally and physically.”

“I’m about enjoying my life, more than anything,” she added.
