Professional basketball player Lebron James turns 30 today. James currently plays with the Cleveland Cavaliers. James has won two NBA championships, four NBA Most Valuable Player Awards, two NBA Finals MVP Awards, two Olympic gold medals, an NBA scoring title and the NBA Rookie of the Year Award. He has also been selected to 10 NBA All-Star teams, 10 All-NBA teams, and six All-Defensive teams, and is the Cavaliers' all-time leading scorer.
James played high school basketball at St. Vincent–St. Mary High School in his hometown of Akron, Ohio. After graduating, he was selected with the first overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft by the Cavaliers. James led Cleveland to the franchise's first Finals appearance in 2007, but lost to the San Antonio Spurs. In 2010, he left the Cavaliers for the Miami Heat. In his first season in Miami, the Heat reached the Finals but lost to the Dallas Mavericks. James won his first championship in 2012 when Miami defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder.
In 2013, he led the Heat on a 27-game winning streak. Miami also won its second consecutive title that year. In 2014, the Heat reached the Finals for the fourth consecutive year, but lost to the Spurs. James later opted out of his contract with the Heat and rejoined the Cavaliers.
James has been ranked as one of America's most influential and popular athletes. He has been featured in books, documentaries, and television commercials, and has hosted the ESPY Awards and Saturday Night Live. James married his high school sweetheart, Savannah Brinson. They have two sons.

Singer-songwriter, actor, author, television producer, former fashion model and MTV VJ Tyrese Gibson turns 36 today. After an appearance in a 1994 Coca-Cola advertisement, Gibson made appearances for Guess and Tommy Hilfiger. After developing a successful modeling career, Gibson transitioned into singing. In 1998, he was signed to RCA Records.
His debut single, "Nobody Else," peaked at No. 36 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He released his self-titled album Tyrese, in 1998. It debuted on the Billboard charts at No. 17. The album's third and highest charting single, "Sweet Lady," became the album's biggest hit, reaching No. 9 on the R&B charts. The single earned Tyrese a Grammy award for Best R&B Male Vocal Performance. He went on to release four more solo studio albums including 2000 Watts (2001), I Wanna Go There (2002), Alter Ego (2006) and Open Invitation (2011).
In 2013, Gibson released a collaboration album with Ginuwine and Tank entitled Three Kings.
In 2001, Gibson made his feature film debut in Baby Boy. He went on to star in Flight of the Phoenix, Four Brothers, Annapolis, The Transformers series and Black Nativity. His television appearances include role in Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, Martin, The Parent 'Hood, Blue's Clues and Moesha
Gibson is best known for playing Roman Pearce in The Fast and the Furious franchise including 2 Fast 2 Furious, Fast Five, Fast & Furious 6 and Furious 7.
