Dustin Diamond, best known as Screech from Saved By the Bell, is due in court on Monday in Wisconsin following his Christmas Day arrest.

As we previously reported, he was arrested on charges of reckless behavior and possession of a switchblade as well as disorderly conduct for allegedly stabbing a man in a bar.

The AP reports he’s expected to appear at a scheduled hearing in Ozaukee County Circuit Court.

The complaint that the victim, who got stabbed in the armpit and got a half-inch deep wound from it, filed was that Diamond and his fiancé were fighting with a woman and two men at the Grand Avenue Saloon.

Diamond has claimed he stabbed a man to defend his fiancé during a fight that broke out.

Since Saved by the Bell ended in 1993, Diamond has stayed in the headlines for bizarre circumstances. He made his own sex tape in 2006 and wrote a controversial book about the making of the show in 2009, which was turned into a Lifetime movie earlier this year.
