The Jim Harbaugh drama could be nearing an end soon, as a few sources have now opened up, claiming Harbaugh will indeed take the Michigan job after Week 17 is over with.

According to multiple sources, including Joe Pequenoy of CBS 5, report that the two sides have agreed on the six year, $48 million deal to make Harbaugh the next head coach of the Michigan Wolverines.

On top of that, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network is reporting that Harbaugh will beet with Michigan athletic director Jim Hackett and other Michigan officials after the 49ers game on Sunday. They are most likely already in the Bay Area waiting.

Rapoport is also claiming that the Oakland Raiders will speak with Harbaugh as well.

If any NFL team wants to hire Harbaugh they'll have to give up compensation to due so considering he still has one-year remaining on his contract.

In four seasons as 49ers head coach, Harbaugh has an overall record of 41-14-1. He taken his 49ers to the NFC Championship game three times including one trip to the Super Bowl.
