Oscar nominated actor Jeremy Renner and his wife, Sonni Pacheco, are heading for divorce. Pacheco, who secretly tied the knot with Renner earlier this year, filed for divorce on Tuesday.
Pacheco cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce, reports Gossip Cop.
However, the paperwork goes much farther, accusing Renner of “fraud,” which she says should void their prenuptial agreement. She also requests that Renner return her passport, birth certificate and Social Security card. Obviously, this isn’t going to be an amicable split.
According to TMZ, Pacheco is also requesting spousal support for their 1-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin. She also wants the couple’s Range Rover and asks that Renner pay her rent and moving costs.
Renner only revealed in an interview that he was married in September, several months after their wedding.
The actor has Oscar nominations for The Hurt Locker and The Town and was last seen in Kill the Messenger. He also plays Hawkeye in Marvel’s The Avengers.
