The saga of Bill Cosby continues on, this time with his lawyer claiming that one high profile network is using unethical tactics to smear Cosby's name.

TMZ is reporting that Cosby's lawyer, Marty Singer, wrote a letter to CNN president Jeff Zucker claiming that his reporters are "out to get" Cosby. The letter points directly to the case as it revolves around Beverly Johnson. CNN is doing a special with the model/actress.

Johnson is claiming that Cosby drugged and raped her in the 1980's at his New York City home. In the letter, Singer tells Zucker to get in touch with Mark Burk, who was Johnson's live-in boyfriend during the 1990's. Apparently, according to Singer, Burk says Johnson "never said a negative statement about Bill Cosby throughout their entire four year relationship."

The letter also claims "Burk told CNN that to the contrary, Ms. Johnson stated that she was an admirer of Bill Cosby and only said great things about Mr. Cosby." Singer told Zucker that his network is acting in a "reckless and malicious" way.

On Friday, the lawyer for Judy Huth, another Cosby accuser, filed documents asking that they be allowed to identify the comedian in future court papers, according to LA Daily News.

It seems as the many accusers continue to pile up, Cosby and his lawyers will continue to play the "unfair treatment game."
