The New York Film Critics Circle is rolling out the winners of its 2014 awards and are still voting at the moment. We will continue to update this page as the winners come in.

The first winner of the day was The LEGO Movie, which won Best Animated Film.

The NYCFF has been giving awards since 1935 and has often predicted Oscar nominations. However, they do come to very different conclusions occasionally, picking American Hustle last year for Best Film over eventual Best Picture Oscar winner 12 Years A Slave.

Best Supporting Actor: J.K. Simmons, Whiplash
Best Supporting Actress: Patricia Arquette, Boyhood
Best Screenplay: The Grand Budapest Hotel
Best Cinematography: Darius Khondji, The Immigrant
Best Actor: Timothy Spall, Mr. Turner
Best Actress:
