The family of the late Paul Walker is seeking almost $2 million from the heirs of the driver of the car they were riding in at the time of their fatal crash, Roger Rodas.

The Fast & Furious star’s father, Paul Walker III, filed the $1.8 million claim, demanding Rodas’ beneficiaries hand over part of Walker’s collection of exotic cars – or the cash.

In the legal documented, which was obtained by E! News, Walker wrote Rodas’ family “is in possession of numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned” by his late son.

According to TMZ, this matter will likely have to get sorted out in court because Rodas’ beneficiaries have already rejected the claim.

Walker and Rodas died on Nov. 30, 2013 while Rodas was driving the actor’s 2005 Porsche Carrera GT. The reason for the crash was how fast he was going; reportedly 80 to 93 mph.

Walker left his $25 million estate to his only child; daughter Meadow, 15.
