Sarah Jessica Parker is hoping that audiences will find divorce funny in a new pilot for HBO, the same network that aired Sex and the City.

The pilot is currently titled Divorce and will be produced by Parker. She is also set to star, notes The Hollywood Reporter.

Parker will play a middle-aged woman whose single friends suggest she divorce her husband. She thinks that she can’t do it, but when her husband learns that she’s already having an affair, she decides to file for divorce.

The pilot is being written by Sharon Horgan, who has written recent pilots for Fox and ABC. Aaron Kaplan, Paul Simms and Alison Benson, the president of Parker’s Pretty Matches Productions, will produce. Horgan and Simms would act as showrunners if it is picked up for series.

Parker has been slowly returning to television in recent years following the end of Sex and the City. She had a role on Glee in the Fox show’s fourth season and is looking to star in a limited series titled Busted.

As for HBO, this is the latest comedy project in the works at the premium cable network. Just last week, Sarah Silverman joined a currently untitled pilot about a woman having a midlife crisis.
