Scarlett Johansson, who secretly married Romain Dauriac in Montana on Oct. 1, is opening up about motherhood after welcoming their first child, daughter Rose Dorothy.
The Under the Skin actress gushed about her baby girl, calling her scent “euphoric.”
"She smells sweet, totally. I can't quite describe it, but it really makes you euphoric," she told Gala magazine.
She added motherhood is “exhausting in the most wonderful way. I never thought how much sleeping through the night would mean to me.”
Johansson gave birth to Rose in September, honoring the actress’ grandmother by giving her the middle name Dorothy.
She admitted she’s not a pro just yet, but she’s learning how to be a parent as she goes.
"I still lack experience. Right now I'm just trying to manage," she said. "You have to first, how should I put it, learn the ropes."
Johansson and Dauriac got married in Phillipsburg, Montana, a Granite County clerk has confirmed. Ironically, Johansson’s ex-husband, Ryan Reynolds, pulled off a secret wedding with his now-wife, Blake Lively, in 2012 although the secret didn’t last as long.
