Three more women accused comedian Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting them during a Wednesday afternoon press conference in Los Angeles, with attorney Gloria Allred by their side. Allred challenged Cosby to face a lawsuit from any accuser so the truth can be heard in court.

Allred said that one of the women by her side, Beth Ferrier, was among the 13 Jane Does who were ready to testify against Cosby in the 2006 civil lawsuit against Cosby. They never testified because the case was settled out of court.

According to USA Today, the two other women at the conference were Helen Hayes and another who was only identified as Chelan. Both, according to Allred, have never told their stories to the press before.

Ferrier claims that she was assaulted by Cosby in Colorado in the 1980s, following a consensual affair with the comedian. Hayes said she was confronted by Cosby in 1973, at a tennis event hosted by Clint Eastwood. Lastly, Chelan claimed she was assaulted in Las Vegas when she was 17.

“His behavior was like that of a predator,” Hayes said.

While most of the incidents happened well beyond the statute of limitations in most states for a lawsuit to be filed, Allred has asked Cosby to waive the statute of limitations to allow them to file their lawsuits. This way, Cosby could either clear his name in court or justice could finally be served, Allred said, notes Fox News.

“The public deserves to know if Bill Cosby is a saint or a sexual predator,” Allred said. “This way, the truth will emerge.”

Another proposed option for Cosby, Allred suggested, would be to have the comedian offer $100 million in a fund so that alleged victims could tell their stories to retired judges. The judges could then be arbitrators tasked with determining possible financial settlements.

Earlier today, Cosby’s official Twitter account sent out thank you messages to Jill Scott and Whoopi Goldberg, who had voiced support for Cosby. He is also already facing one new lawsuit, from a woman who claims Cosby assaulted her when she was only 15 in 1974.
