Both Nashville and Revenge were once major ratings hits for ABC, but both shows have gone downhill. Are these shows now in danger of getting cancelled?

ABC chief Paul Lee didn’t quite answer that question at the Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena today. He said that the network likes both of those shows and they will undergo some changes.

"We're loving Nashville,” Lee said about the Connie Britton-starring drama, reports E! News. “We're going to have some great announcements about people who are going to appear on Nashville. It's a very good brand for us, so we love that show."

Lee said pretty much the same about Revenge, noting that the show will be reinvented in some way, reports Entertainment Weekly.

“I really love the show. We’ll see where we go with it,” Lee explained. “They have some great storylines coming up this year. There are ways to reinvent it, too.”

Lee also wasn’t committing to keeping Castle alive. He did promise that The Bachelor will get more diverse though.

Previously, ABC announced that Dancing with the Stars will return on March 16.
