Chris Brown’s probation has been revoked because of the shooting that took place when he was onstage in San Jose, Calif last Sunday.

He had a progress hearing on Thursday for the same Rihanna domestic abuse case he’s been caught up in since 2009 and the judge brought up two shootings the “Loyal” singer was indirectly involved in from the past five months.

TMZ reports the judge brought up several concerns; Brown never got permission to leave the county for the San Jose show, and that this is the second time people have been injured in shootings at his show.

"There is also concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured,” the judge said at the hearing.

While there’s nothing tying him to any crimes in these shootings, his probation officer did recommend to the judge that he do jail time after showing “a pattern of making choices that are counterproductive."

In August, Suge Knight was shot several times at Brown’s pre MTV VMAs party at 1Oak in West Hollywood.

Just this past Sunday, five people got injured during a shooting that took place at Brown’s concert at the Fiesta nightclub.

These incidents aside, the judge brought up Brown getting arrested twice while on probation.

A judge will hold a formal hearing on March 20, when it will be decided if he will go back to jail.
