Chrissy Teigen’s crying face as she watched her husband, John Legend, accept a Golden Globe for Best Original Song for “Glory” from Selma has become a viral meme.
She was clearly overjoyed and overwhelmed with emotion, but the face she made looked more like she was in pain.
The photo went viral, and she didn’t miss the opportunity to jump in on the fun as well. She retweeted some and even laughed it off by tweeting, “It’s been 5 minutes and I’m a meme.”
“Sorry I don't practice my cry face okay,” she also tweeted.
On Instagram, she was a bit more serious, letting her fans know how proud she is of her husband.
She posted a photo of herself kissing him on the cheek and wrote, “I have never been so proud in my life.”
Teigen also made fun of herself when she posted another crying face photo of herself alongside Legend with plenty of crying emojis to go with it.
