The Duchess of Cambridge was at an event where she revealed that the baby has been kicking nonstop.
Kate Middleton went to three events on Kensington Monday, beginning with a trip to a London volunteer organization called Family Friends, which allows people to become mentors to families in need, Us Weekly reported.
She also went to the opening for an academy aimed to give children from the poorer areas of the country an opportunity for education. While there, students gave her a xylephone to give to 17-month-old Prince George.
Her final stop was to a recreation centre in order to learn about the Kensington Leisure Centre’s athletic facilities. Kate revealed that it was at the very facility she was in that Prince William learned to swim.
Prince George is reportedly learning to swim at Buckingham Palace’s swimming pool and he even got another gift, an inflatable duck flotation device. He also may learn to swim at the centre when he is older.
Daily Mail reported that during her visit, Kate also revealed some things about her unborn child, including that she doesn’t know whether the new baby is a boy or a girl.
She was speaking to a teenager named Martina McDonagh, who revealed to the Duchess that she was hoping that the baby was a girl. Kate reportedly told her, “I can feel it kicking.”
While visiting Family Friends, a mother and her two-year-old son presented Kate with flowers. However, despite his mom helping him practice what he would say, he hid behind his mother once he met the famous royal.
