January 23, 2015 marks the one-year anniversary of when pop star Justin Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence in Miami, FL.

Back in 2014, Bieber was taken into custody after he was seen racing his yellow Lamborghini against another sports car. He was later charged with DUI and driving with an expired license.

In just 365 days, we have seen the best – but mostly the worst – of the Canadian singer. Within one year, Bieber’s name has made the headlines of dozens of tabloid, news and entertainment mediums.

With his erratic behavior, it gives us plenty of reasons to count down the best news stories that the Biebs has gotten himself into this past year to celebrate the anniversary of his mug shot shown around the world.

His mug shot anniversary comes just days after it was confirmed that Comedy Central will be roasting the star in which he tweeted, ““For years I have wanted Comedy Central to roast me. They said only if I provided them w/ more material so for a year now I have worked hard.”

10. The ‘SNL’ skit

Recently Bieber became the new face for Calvin Klein, which led to a ton of negative comments from haters who claim he was photoshopped. However just this month we watched as Kate McKinnon spoofed Bieber on Saturday Night Live. The pop star responded with a tweet saying, “@nbcsnl well played. Lol.”

9. The motorcycle incident

In August, Biebs was driving his three-wheeled motorcycle in Beverly Hills when he began to merge onto the sidewalk nearly hitting people walking by.

8. The racist joke

In June, a video surfaced showing us that the 20-year-old pop star used the n-word causing a huge scandal.

7. The relationship with Selena

The rocky relationship with Selena Gomez was on and off again but it looks like it really ended when the bitter ex removed his former girlfriend off of Instagram. Since then, he’s been rumored to be seeing Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin.

6. The assault charge

In September, the charges against Justin Bieber were dropped. In December, a limo driver reported that the pop star repeatedly hit him on the back of the head while he drove the star and his friends to a hotel.

5. The booing at Fashion Rocks

Also in September, the 20-year-old singer appeared on Fashion Rocks alongside Lara Stone. He decided it would be a good idea to strip down to his Calvin’s, randomly, leaving some people in the audience to boo him!

4. The petition

When all of this was going on in 2014, people were getting so fed up with hearing about Bieber that they created a petition to deport the pop star. In January, it reached 100,000 signatures, alone.

3. When he pleaded guilty

In August of 2014, Bieber pleaded guilty for reckless driving in Miami while he was under the influence and driving with an expired license.

2. The egging of his neighbors house

Just before his arrest, Bieber was caught throwing eggs at his neighbor’s home in L.A. The damage to the house reached more than >$20,000 in repairs.
